Terms & Conditions – Potret Raya

Booking & Arrival: Clients must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session to allow ample time to settle in and prepare. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time or rescheduling based on availability.

Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late, their session will proceed within the remaining time of their booked slot. If the delay is significant, they may be moved to the last available slot of the day, subject to availability. If no slots are available, rescheduling may be required for another day. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

Respect for Others’ Time: Potret Raya operates on a strict schedule to accommodate all bookings fairly. Clients must be mindful of their allocated session time to prevent delays for others. Sessions run on a first-come, first-served basis within their respective time slots.

Photo Delivery: All photos taken during the Potret Raya session will be delivered via email within 48 hours. Clients must ensure that their email address is correct at the time of booking. A link will be provided to access and download raw, unedited photos.

Printed & Framed Photos Delivery: If a client orders printed and framed photos, they will be delivered to the specified address within 30 working days from the completion of the session. While we ensure high-quality packaging and shipping, clients must allow for the stated delivery timeframe.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Sessions missed due to lateness are non-refundable. Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booked session. Cancellations are non-refundable, but a one-time reschedule may be allowed subject to availability.

Payment Policy: Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your session. No slots will be reserved without payment. Payments are non-refundable unless Potret Raya cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances.

Photo Editing & Retouching: The standard package includes raw, unedited photos. Additional editing or retouching services may be available upon request for an extra fee.

Usage Rights & Copyright: Potret Raya retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. Clients are granted personal use rights and may share their images for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of the photos requires prior written consent.

Health & Safety Compliance: Clients must adhere to any health and safety regulations in place during the photoshoot. Potret Raya reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying illness symptoms or failing to comply with safety protocols.
