Terms & Conditions – Potret Raya Editing Service

1. Photo Submission: Clients must upload 5 RAW photos for editing.

2. File Format: Only RAW or high-resolution JPEG files are accepted for the best editing quality.

3. Editing Scope: This service includes color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor touch-ups. Extensive retouching (e.g., background changes, object removal) is not included.

4. Delivery Time: Edited photos will be sent to the client’s email within 3–5 working days from the date of submission.

5. No Refunds: Once editing work has begun, refunds will not be provided.

6. Service Availability: Turnaround time may vary during peak days. Clients will be informed in case of delays.

7. Agreement: By submitting photos, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
