Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Potret Raya for your Raya photos! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of the following booking policy: Arrive Early for Your Session: To make the most of your time and fully enjoy the experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session. This will give you time to settle in and be ready to capture your best moments! Latecomers: We understand that things don’t always go as planned! However, if you arrive after your scheduled time, the following applies: Shortened Session Time: We will proceed with the remaining session time, and your photoshoot will be limited to the time left in your slot. Rescheduling to Last Slot: If the session is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, you may be moved to the last available slot of the day, depending on availability. This may result in a delay of your session or rescheduling for another day. Respect for Others’ Time: To ensure all our guests get the full experience, please be mindful of the session schedule. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and we aim to give everyone equal attention and time for their photoshoot. Photo Delivery: All photos taken during your Potret Raya session will be delivered via email within 48 hours. Please ensure your email address is correct when making the booking. You will receive a link to access and download your raw photos in their original, unedited format. Printed & Framed Photos Delivery: If you’ve ordered printed and framed photos, please note that these will be delivered to your specified delivery address after 30 working days from the completion of your session. We will ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but please allow for this extended delivery time. No Refunds for Latecomers: Late arrivals are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling, as we must stay on schedule for other bookings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
